I still haven’t received my order as of 01/18/2021, been 14days more or less. I sent out a email to the company and they responded by saying it’s on the way . That the mail is running slower because of the virus. I’m just ready have the new collar and leash .hopefully it will be here this week . All in all I believe they have good products.
