Canine Athletes elastic collar keepers are used to secure the end of the dog collar. If your dogs collar is a little long, these are great to prevent the end of the collar from flapping. The elastic will stretch out over time so it's useful to always keep a few extra replacements on hand.

This collar keeper also doubles as a way to neatly store the HD 10' dog leash.
The pic is approximately 2.5 months after receiving the collar keeper. The collar originally came with a keeper, but I doubled up and placed this one over the original. It's only been hand washed once. Still looks good and has minimal stretch.
This works really well by keeping the end of the collar from flapping loose.
