I needed a new bed for the back of my truck. They said it was 2 1/2 inches thick. When it arrived it was vacuum sealed in a tube like fashion. I unwrapped it, and left it for more than 72 hours. It barely can back to an inch in thickness. I called the company and they promptly replaced it. However, the same thing happened to the replacement. I have had them for weeks now and they still have not reached 2 1/2 inches. The cover does seem durable, and the company is responsive.
Hello Michael- We're sorry that the dog bed did not live up to your expectations. Per Dakota 283, the beds sometimes do not expand fully due to the way they are vacumm packaged and shipped. Hopefully they are able to find a remedy in the future. We do accept returns / exchanged within 30 days on unused products. We're here to help. Thanks
